This sprout (designed by longtime friend of the band Sage Vaughn) is your invitation to join our Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) community and participate in making a positive environmental and social impact. The DAO NFT assets are being released in three phases: the seed phase (which was available from 6/11/2021 to 6/18/2021), the sprout phase (available until 10/14/2021), and a living NFT phase - which will be reflective of the changing carbon index in real-time. The final phase launches a Maroon 5 DAO. All the money collected from these phases will be pooled together to fund initiatives we collectively choose. Initiatives will be chosen by the community using a non-hierarchical voting system, as each member of the community will have an equal vote.
